Shipping & Delivery
Orders must be paid for in full prior to shipments. We will update your account when tracking is available and the carrier used. We offer free shipping on Custom Printed Papers only. Other products such as lighters will require haz mat fees which we include in your quote/invoice.

We do not share any data with 3rd parties. We are committed to keeping your personal information secure and private. We will NEVER sell, rent, give or offer your name or any other information about you to any other company or individual for any type of solicitation. We value your business and the trust that you place in us and would never misuse your information.
Returns & Replacements
We are a Custom product manufacturer and will replace any defective products if necessary. However during our ordering process we will require you to sign off on all custom printing so you have many opportunities to approve your artwork. We do not give refunds for incorrect artwork that has been approved.

Updating Account Information
Once your logged into your account you can edit all the account information if necessary. Please note you need to update your billing and shipping address with our help desk or call your rep if we are processing an order and the shipping information has changed.
